All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA) and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance mutual cooperation. President of Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mr. Faheem Ur Rehman Saigal, warmly welcomed the APOAA delegation, which was led by Founder & Chairman APOAA, Mian Muhammad Rafique.
During the meeting, Founder & Chairman APOAA held a detailed discussion regarding the vision and objectives of the association. Members of the APOAA delegation highlighted key issues faced by the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry, including taxation, consultation in government policymaking, and securing proper recognition of the industry at the federation level.
Founder & Chairman APOAA reaffirmed the association’s commitment to addressing these issues through dedicated committees and utilizing the Chamber’s platform to effectively resolve advertisers’ concerns. In addition to strengthening mutual cooperation between LCCI and APOAA, both sides also signed an MoU for collaborative promotional campaigns for the Lahore Shopping Festival 2026 and a Padel Tournament.
Following the meeting, LCCI President Faheem Ur Rehman Saigal stated that the outdoor advertising industry had long needed a representative body like APOAA to help resolve its issues. He assured that LCCI would always stand alongside APOAA whenever support is needed
