Lahore, July 1, 2026: The All Pakistan Outdoor Advertisers Association (APOAA), under the sponsorship of its Founder & Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafique, supported the launch ceremony of the second edition of the book LDA Rules & Regulations authored by Supreme Court Advocate and Senior Legal Advisor of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali, at the Lahore High Court.
The ceremony was attended by Director General LDA Tahir Farooq as the chief guest, along with retired judges, senior advocates, office-bearers of various bar associations, members of the Pakistan Bar Council, legislators, and a large number of members of the legal fraternity.
The participants commended Sahabzada Muzaffar Ali for his valuable contribution to legal scholarship and congratulated him on the publication of the book’s second edition. Speakers described the publication as a comprehensive reference on LDA rules and regulations that will serve as a valuable resource for young lawyers, legal professionals, and the public.
Speaking on the occasion, DG LDA Tahir Farooq termed the book an authoritative compilation of LDA laws and regulations, adding that stronger coordination between the judiciary and the LDA ultimately benefits the public.
